1. What types of custom edible prints do you offer?
We offer a variety of custom edible prints, including sheet prints, drink toppers, direct-to-cookie prints, and more. Our prints use food-safe ink on edible sugar sheets, allowing for high-quality, vibrant designs.
2. How do I submit my design for edible printing?
You can upload your custom image during the checkout process. We accept most file formats, including JPG, PNG, and PDF. For best results, make sure your image is clear and high-resolution.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require a minimum order of 12 cookies or treats. This allows us to ensure the best quality while keeping production efficient.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically take 3-5 business days for production, depending on the complexity of your design. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but expedited options are available at checkout.
5. Can I use my company logo or a photo for the edible print?
Absolutely! We can print company logos, photos, and any other images you’d like as long as they meet our image quality standards. Just upload your image during the order process, and we’ll take care of the rest.
6. Are your edible prints safe to eat?
Yes! Our edible prints are made using FDA-approved, food-safe ink and sugar sheets. Our products are not only beautiful but entirely safe for consumption.
7. Do the custom edible prints affect the taste of the cookies?
Our edible prints have no flavor so that they won’t affect the delicious taste of our cookies or other baked goods. You get the same great taste with stunning visuals!
8. Can I customize the cookie flavor and shape?
Our cookie flavors are not customizable; however, special sales are available for flavors outside our menu. Custom cookie shapes are available for a fee.
9. What happens if my cookies arrive damaged?
We take extra care in packaging your order, but if your cookies arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
10. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping for some of our treats.
11. Can I pick up my order in-store?
We do not have an in-store location. However, we offer free delivery within the Naperville area.
12. How do I store the cookies to maintain freshness?
Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but they can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or humid environments, as this may affect the quality of the edible prints.
13. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we offer vegan cookie options. However, due to our kitchen's limitations, we do not offer gluten-free options. Please specify any dietary preferences or restrictions when placing your order, and we’ll accommodate your needs.

We do offer rush orders for an additional fee, depending on our production schedule. Contact us directly to discuss expedited options.

15. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other online payment methods. Payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your spot in our production queue.

Refund and Return Policy
​ At Azukal Bakes Company, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-made edible products that enhance your events and brand promotions. Due to the personalized and edible nature of our products, we have established the following refund and return policies to ensure both customer satisfaction and compliance with health regulations: Non-Returnable Products Edible Items: All edible products cannot be returned for public health and safety reasons. This includes sugar cookies and any other food items with custom-printed images. Custom-Made Products: Since our products are personalized for your order, we do not accept returns for custom-made items. Refunds and Replacements We strive to ensure that you receive your order exactly as requested. If there are any issues with your order, we will work diligently to resolve them. Please see our refund and replacement guidelines below: -Damaged or Incorrect Items: All items are inspected before pickup and delivery. Customers are responsible for all orders once picked up. We will not issue refunds for or differ significantly from your approved design; please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy for quality assurance purposes.   Once we have reviewed the issue, we will either offer a replacement product or a refund, at our discretion. Azukal Bakes Company will cover the shipping costs for replacements. - Order Cancellations: Cancellations of custom orders may be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already gone into production, we are unable to offer a refund. Refund Processing - Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **7-10 business days** after approval. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Azukal Bakes Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order and paying the invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms are subject to change without notice. 1. Payment Terms Non-Refundable Retainer: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required upfront to initiate and confirm your orders. Balance Due for Orders Below $100: The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup. Balance Due for Orders Above $100: The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Corporate and Recurring Orders: Different payment terms apply. Please contact Prima at azukalbakes@gmail.com for details. 2. Orders and Turnaround Time Quick Turnaround for Non-Baked Treats: We offer a 2-day turnaround for non-baked treats (up to 100 dozen) once images are approved and ready for printing. Sugar Cookies: A 5-day turnaround is required for sugar cookies (up to 100 dozen). 3. Packaging Individual Packaging: All treats are individually packaged and heat-sealed (marshmallows and cookies) to ensure freshness. 4. Refunds and Cancellations Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 24 hours after the deposit has been accepted for advance orders above $100 (minimum 1 month in advance). If production has started, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. 5. Cottage Food Laws Azukal Bakes operates under the Illinois Cottage Food Law. We are required to inform you that we operate in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. However, we assure you that every possible care is taken to maintain clean and sanitary conditions. Our kitchen is: Pet-Free: No pets are present in the kitchen area. Certified Equipment: All kitchen equipment used for cookies and treats are NSF certified. Certified Personnel: Operated by a ServSafe Sanitation Manager certified in plant-based baking and allergen safety food service management. Commercial Baking: All baked items are prepared and baked in a public health-inspected commercial kitchen. Printing and packaging are done in a home kitchen. Allergen Notice: Our kitchen is NOT nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free. 6. Delivery and Pickup Local Orders: All local orders are pickup only unless specified. Free Delivery: Orders above $100 within North Naperville, Lisle, Warrenville, and East Aurora areas. All corporate orders. Paid Delivery: Based on availability, delivery is available within 15 miles of the pickup location for an additional fee of $10. Delivery timeframe is within a 4-hour window of the scheduled delivery time. Responsibility After Pickup/Delivery: Once the order is picked up or delivered, all responsibility for the treats transfers to the customer. 7. Order Modifications Change Requests: Order changes can be made up until 5 days before your pickup or delivery date. After that, change requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Inspiration and Design: While we appreciate inspiration photos, your treats may not be exact replicas due to artistic interpretation. 8. Color Matching Color Variations: Please note that colors may vary due to differences in lighting, screen resolutions, and printing processes. Monitors and mobile devices use RGB color profiles, while printers use CMYK. 9. Rush Orders Sugar Cookies: Orders placed with a turnaround time under 5 days will incur a rush fee of $15. Orders placed with a turnaround time under 3 days will incur a rush fee of $20. Non-Baked Treats: Quick turnaround options are available; please contact us for details. 10. Pricing and Adjustments Subject to Change: All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating ingredient costs. Bulk Orders: Discounts are available for orders of 500 cookies or more. Special pricing and discounts are available for partner organizations. Order Minimums: Minimum order of 1 dozen for your chosen treat. 2 dozen minimum for mini cookies. 11. Product Photography Consent: We may replicate and photograph your order for our website and social media. If you prefer your treats not be featured, please inform us when placing your order. Privacy: Photos will never be shared before your event date. 12. Intellectual Property and Copyright Copycats: We cannot replicate copyrighted images on baked goods. We can, however, create designs inspired by the theme or color palette. Customer Designs: Any images, logos, or designs provided by you must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. 13. Image Proofs and Graphic Editing Image Requirements: High-resolution PNG images with a minimum of 300 dpi are preferred. Editing Services: 3 free minimal edits per image. Maximum of 4 print design images per dozen; one free image added per additional dozen. Additional images: $3 per non-edited image. $15 for up to 3 edits per image. 14. Personal Photos and Data Retention Data Deletion: All personal photos and images provided will be deleted within 2 weeks after pickup or delivery to clear our data storage. Logos and images for recurring corporate orders will be retained for up to 1 year or as specified in a contract. Privacy Assurance: We do not sell or distribute any customer images beyond fulfilling your order. 15. Discounts and Special Offers Bulk Orders: Discounts are available for large orders (500 cookies or more). Budget Considerations: If you have a specific budget, please let us know, and we'll try to accommodate your needs. Alternative Treats: We offer customizable treats like Oreos, marshmallows, and drink toppers with quick turnaround times. 16. Liability and Responsibility Post-Pickup/Delivery: Once you receive your order, Azukal Bakes Company is not responsible for any damage or mishandling. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our products and services. 17. Changes to Terms of Service These Terms are subject to change without notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. After this period, all digital files are permanently deleted from our systems unless otherwise requested.  --For Recurring or Repeat Orders: If you have an ongoing or recurring order agreement with us, we will retain your images and media files for up to 1 year to facilitate easy reordering. After 1 year of inactivity or at the end of the recurring order period, all files will be permanently deleted unless otherwise requested.
